On the 10th of May, 2019 Sorama hosted the AutomotiveNL Business club meeting.
Sorama presented the acoustic camera used to visualize audible sound between 20 and 23.000 Hz. Ton van Oort, Sales and Business Development Manager at Sorama, also showed the Fluke Sonic Industrial Imager (ii900) that can easily spot air leaks.
Ronald Meijers, consultant engineer of Sorama, showed applications of the Sorama technology in automotive and industry domains in order to reduce sound.
R&D engineers of Dr. Jekill & Mr. Hyde, industry leading in electronically adjustable exhaust systems, and Inalfa Roof Systems, developing and producing roof systems for the automotive industry, showed how they make use of the Sorama CAM64 to gain more insights in sound characteristics and noise problems and how our acoustic camera can significantly contribute to improving the sound design of their products.
AutomotiveNL was also happy to welcome a special delegation from South Carolina, USA. The Upstate South Carolina Alliance proudly presented the possibilities and opportunities that South Carolina has to offer for European automotive companies.
