Looking back: Low-noise Sound Design Workshop in Taipei (June 4, 2019)

Together with Pilotfish Sorama organized a Low-noise Sound Design Workshop, at Taipei Co-Space in Neihu Sports Center on Tuesday, de 4th of June 2019.
 

Optimize product development by sound visualization

The workshop showcased Sorama’s patented high-resolution acoustic cameras, which can visualize vibrations and sound between 20 and 23.000 Hz.
It also explained how this cost effective state-of-the-art technology can help your engineering team to reduce product sound-levels.

What to expect

Rick Scholte, founder and CEO of Saroma Eindhoven, the Netherlands and Harm Hogenbirk, founder and managing director of Pilotfish Holding from Amsterdam, have lead the workshop.
tHE MAIN Topics included:

  • an introduction to Sound Visualization Technology,
  • de human perception of sound 
  • how to include the sound visualization tools in your NPI process.

Sorama and Pilotfish showed several interesting Near Field and Far Field case studies en mini workshops.

We look back on a very interesting workshop, great interaction with the people and a lot of shared knowledge!
