Upon the purchase of the Sorama Starter kits, customers are granted a complimentary one-year basic membership to the Sorama Portal,
supplemented by credits which can be used for post-processing measurements.
The Sorama Portal is only mandatory for post-processing and is
eligible for bundle upgrades.
When a membership is not prolonged your cloud storage and bundle upgrades will be deactivated, and your remaining credits will be forfeit.
The Membership packages do not contain Credits, these are purchased separately on the portal or by contacting our team.

In the Sorama portal we have a fair Pay-Per-Use pricing system. Customers can conveniently acquire portal credits through the portal itself or they can contact our team for help.
These credits serve as a financial mechanism for accessing and utilizing the portal’s features. The portal undergoes regular updates and enhancements, continuously refining the reporting process to provide an increasingly superior experience for our valued business clients.
On average sound analysis in the portal is done with looking at 8 different frequencies per measurement. This is why the costs of a certain type of analysis decreases after each use and becomes free after 8 times, when run on the same measurement.
