INTERNSHIP POSITION
Every year we have over 10 students doing their internship at Sorama. We have interesting projects from which you can learn a lot and which are actually fun. Besides, your work doesn’t end up in a drawer, but we use your results to improve our products.
PART TIME JOB
You also have the opportunity to work next to your study. We can always use extra brains to work for example on our cloud software: the Sorama Portal. Also it is more fun than working at the Albert Heijn as at Sorama you can apply and extend the knowledge gained during your study.
POST-GRADUATE JOB
Have you finished your study and looking for a good start of your carrier? We have several starter positions, depending on your experience and interests.

Who are we, and what do we do?
You won’t be working for a one-in-a-dozen company. Instead, you will be working for a high-tech company, globally recognized for our innovative attitude on the acoustic market. At Sorama, we make sound insightful with our revolutionary technology, a combination of both hardware (our acoustic camera) and software (the Sorama portal). Through the portal you can operate the acoustic cameras to stream, record and analyse sound. The sound is easily visible on a screen with colors and waves.
To explain it in an easy way: when you walk through a forest, you can hear birds singing. But you cannot see the birds. With our camera you can just point towards the trees and “see” through the leaves where the sound is coming from, so you know exactly the location of the bird.
This technology can be used in many different applications. For example, our acoustic cameras enable our customers to make their products more silent by locating unwanted sound sources in their products. They can also be used battle noise pollution within cities by getting insights in environmental noise issues. An innovative technology with the goal to make the world sound right. So, in the end of the day, working at Sorama will contribute to a healthier environment.
